1. Oversee the development of prototypes, including the creation of bill of materials, tracking raw material needs, and managing collection tracking tools.
2. Ensure smooth execution of the mock-up phase, supporting prototypists in research to ensure timely receipt of prototypes that meet design expectations.
3. Collaborate closely with the design team to align creative ideas with technical constraints while maintaining quality standards and margin objectives.
4. Supervise the launch of components such as handles, straps, and charms, from design briefing to operational follow-up and final reception.
5. Manage administrative tasks including billing, mock-up development capacity, and collection budgets.

1. Currently enrolled in a business school, engineering program, or university course related to fashion, luxury, or project management.

3. Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate with diverse stakeholders.
4. Proficiency in office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
5. Curiosity and strong interest in the luxury and fashion sector.
6. Adaptability and ability to thrive in a dynamic and demanding environment.
7. Proficiency in English (written and spoken); Italian is a plus.
