1. Coordinate and oversee the development of textile accessory collections.
2. Organize, plan, and prioritize studio activities in collaboration with designers, ensuring adherence to timelines.
3. Contribute to the creation of collection schedules.
4. Serve as the primary liaison for Studio, Marketing, and Development teams, ensuring cross-departmental alignment with Ready-to-Wear and Leather Goods.
5. Organize and prepare key meetings: collection meetings, storyboards, interim points, and weekly meetings.
6. Ensure creative coherence of collections in line with the artistic direction's vision.
7. Maintain and ensure the reliability of tracking tools (PLM, mappings, OneDrive, etc.).
8. Anticipate risks, identify bottlenecks, and respond proactively to collection developments.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in studio coordination within the fashion and luxury sectors.
2. Strong knowledge of textiles.

1. Excellent organizational, communication, and prioritization skills.
2. Clear and effective communication, proactivity, autonomy, and anticipation abilities.
3. Proficiency in tools: PLM, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Excel.
4. Languages: French, English, Italian.

A minimum of 5 years in studio coordination in the fashion and luxury industry is required.
