- Conduct comprehensive market and competitor analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities through sales data and customer behavior analysis.
- Develop and implement data-driven Go-To-Market strategies for product launches, collections, and collaborations within EMEA stores.
- Collaborate with country teams and various departments (Merchandising, Sales Planning, Finance, Clienteling) to develop tailored action plans.
- Coordinate and align objectives and strategies with internal teams to ensure cohesive execution.
- Participate in seasonal assortment planning and stock management as a Business Partner to the Merchandising team.
- Monitor performance impact, adjust strategies as needed, and conduct ad hoc studies.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) across EMEA markets.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, PowerBI, etc.).
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Knowledge of EMEA markets and consumer trends.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
A minimum of 5 years of prior experience in data analysis, merchandising, or a similar role is required.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
The position offers a hybrid working mode, allowing for flexibility between remote and office work.
