1. Distribute and implement props according to zoning proposals for windows and niches.
2. Select and prepare products for all windows and niches.
3. Conduct quality checks post-installation and document with photographs.
4. Engage in zoning discussions with store and category in-charges and Area VM.
5. Implement validated zoning plans and set up rotation schedules for VM changes across product categories.
6. Perform daily quality checks for windows and niches, ensuring high standards across all categories.
7. Maintain store aesthetics, including product placement, cleanliness, and functionality.
8. Refresh store displays during product launches, mid-season, and special events.
9. Organize and manage the props stock room, maintaining inventory and ensuring all items are in good condition.
10. Communicate VM guidelines to store staff regularly and coordinate CRM events setup.

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in the same industry, with a preference for luxury brand experience.
3. Proficiency in English.

1. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
2. Ability to work a 40-hour store schedule.
3. Strong organizational and communication skills.
