- Coordinate with the country office and local suppliers for window installations.
- Manage window product changes for each rotation.
- Plan, prepare, and implement regular store zoning and rotations in consultation with store management.
- Manage product preparation, location changes in the database (RMS), and installation.
- Share qualitative and photographic feedback after each rotation with the Country Visual Merchandiser.
- Visit competitors and report best practices.
- Act as an ambassador and role model for visual merchandising in the store.
- Master knowledge of all product categories.
- Leverage visual merchandising to drive sales.
- Collaborate with team members on business events and visual merchandising topics.
- Implement store zonings for each product category in collaboration with team members.
- Implement visual merchandising concepts for in-store events.
- Conduct daily visual merchandising maintenance checks to ensure luxury retail standards.
- Manage the reordering of props, lighting, and visual merchandising tools.
- Ensure products are displayed according to Louis Vuitton standards and guidelines.
- Participate in activities contributing to the store's overall objectives.
- Develop the highest brand and product knowledge.
- Respect Louis Vuitton brand standards in grooming and behavior.
- Follow company policies and procedures.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Art, Painting, Fashion Design, or a related field.
- Overseas study or work experience is advantageous.
- At least two years of experience in luxury retail visual merchandising.
- Exceptional fashion trend awareness and coordination skills.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and team spirit.
- Proactive work attitude with strong execution and responsibility.
A minimum of two years in luxury retail visual merchandising is required.
Bachelor's degree in Art, Painting, Fashion Design, or a related field.
