1. Distribute and implement props according to zoning proposals for windows and niches.
2. Select and prepare products for all windows and niches.
3. Conduct quality checks post-installation and document with photographs.
4. Engage in zoning discussions with store and category managers and implement validated zoning plans.
5. Develop and execute a rotation plan for visual merchandising changes across product categories.
6. Perform daily quality checks and ensure the store's visual merchandising standards are maintained.
7. Maintain store cleanliness and functionality, including product and electrical maintenance.
8. Provide product substitutes when items are sold and refresh displays during product launches and events.
9. Organize and maintain the props stock room, updating inventory lists and ensuring prop condition.
10. Communicate visual merchandising guidelines to store staff regularly and support CRM events and trunk shows.

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury brand sector, with preference given to those with relevant industry experience.

1. Proficiency in English.
2. Competency in Photoshop and Illustration software.
3. Ability to work a 40-hour store schedule.
