1. Distribute and implement props according to zoning proposals for windows and niches.
2. Select and prepare products for all windows and niches.
3. Conduct quality checks post-installation and document with photographs.
4. Engage in zoning discussions with store and category managers, and area visual merchandisers.
5. Implement validated zoning plans and set up rotation schedules for various product categories.
6. Perform daily quality checks and maintain visual merchandising standards across all categories.
7. Manage store maintenance, including product display, cleanliness, and electrical needs.
8. Provide substitute products when items are sold and refresh displays during product launches and events.
9. Organize and maintain the props stock room, updating inventory and ensuring all items are in good condition.
10. Communicate visual merchandising guidelines to store staff regularly and support CRM events and trunk shows.

1. Ability to work based in Daegu region.
2. Bachelor's degree or higher.
3. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a luxury brand.
4. Relevant academic background in art or fashion.
5. Proficiency in English.

1. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
2. Strong organizational skills for inventory management.
3. Excellent communication skills for guideline dissemination and event coordination.
4. Attention to detail for quality checks and display adjustments.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in visual merchandising within the luxury fashion industry is required, with a preference for candidates with a background in art or fashion.

Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as art or fashion.
