Louis Vuitton Store Trainer

- Develop and support retail teams in delivering exceptional customer experiences to contribute to store success.
- Implement company-wide strategies locally by training and coaching Client Advisors to authentically represent brand values, culture, and products.
- Collaborate closely with Store Managers to execute training pathways and empower retail teams for continuous improvement in client experience.
- Define and manage rollout plans to address store needs, focusing on sales training, product knowledge, and active coaching.
- Spend approximately 80% of time in stores conducting coaching sessions and in-store training in small groups.
- Build and promote a culture of in-store coaching, focusing on Client Advisors and their individual development needs.
- Observe customer interactions on the floor, using active listening and targeted questioning to coach team members in developing their own solutions.
- Support Store Managers in creating individual coaching plans based on team gap analyses and coaching teams in sales competencies.
- Provide continuous feedback to Store Managers and HR on individual team member performance and development.
- Utilize Voice results for individual development and to identify and improve causes of customer satisfaction or dissatisfaction.
- Implement central training initiatives through sustainable in-store coaching and promote strong shop floor presence and positive recognition.
- Conduct and moderate product training sessions, including new product launches, in collaboration with the Merchandising Team.
- Develop competencies in silhouette building by combining product knowledge and sales techniques to optimize cross-selling.
- Use role-playing and on-the-floor coaching to sustainably enhance customer value.
- Ensure full transparency for Store Management regarding training activities, including progress, necessary actions, challenges, and recommendations.
- Manage, track, and evaluate the quality and effectiveness of all in-store training in close collaboration with Store Management and through continuous presence on the sales floor.
- Identify and develop potential training talents within stores to support and coach others.
- Responsible for the in-store LMS, including complete documentation of all training and ensuring Store Management's tool proficiency.
- Ensure a uniform and structured onboarding for all new employees.
- Coordinate closely with HR for proactive personnel and onboarding planning.
- Regularly communicate with trainees, providing feedback on progress to employees, their supervisors, and HR during onboarding and training phases.
- Serve as a platform for sharing experiences and best practices between stores in coaching initiatives and programs.
- Exemplify company policies and processes.
- Deliver excellent personal service and adhere to Louis Vuitton grooming and service standards.
- Professional experience in training or adult education, ideally in the retail, hospitality, or service sector.
- Successfully completed trainer certification.
- Strong affinity for the retail and luxury segment.
- Strong identification with the Louis Vuitton brand and its values.
- Enthusiasm for customer-oriented consulting and excellent customer service.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in German and English.
