Louis Vuitton Store Project Manager

- Manage Louis Vuitton store projects to ensure exceptional quality, timely delivery, and adherence to budget constraints.
- Develop feasibility studies for new projects, coordinating with landlords and consultants to prepare preliminary budgets and presentations for senior management.
- Supervise and coordinate a team of consultants, including architects, drafting services, quantity surveyors, and engineers, throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with the Louis Vuitton Malletier Architecture Department in Paris to obtain necessary design and drawing information.
- Develop and monitor project schedules, regularly reporting progress to the Senior Project Manager and implementing solutions to potential schedule disruptions.
- Create comprehensive cost plans, supervise tendering processes, assess tenders, and make award recommendations while collecting periodic cost reports from local consultants and contractors.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as Visual Merchandising, IT, Loss Prevention, and external suppliers to manage site works, costs, schedules, and quality control.
- Collaborate with the Finance and Legal Office to define contracts and leases, and build trusted relationships with landlords for assigned projects.
- Coordinate suppliers of millwork and furniture, manage authorizations for project realization, and oversee the transfer of goods and people from temporary to permanent stores.
- Degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience, including high-quality facades and interiors.
- Meticulous attention to detail with effective planning and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in Korean and English.
- Experience in luxury retail design is highly desirable.
