1. Organize and negotiate building conditions with store locations, respecting both Louis Vuitton's and partners' opinions to guide them towards the desired design and environment.
2. Create and manage the master schedule, including design, permit applications, bidding, construction, and opening preparations.
3. Coordinate with the LVM Design Department to ensure design intentions from Paris are understood and implemented.
4. Collaborate with construction and production companies to provide an environment where creative ideas can emerge.
5. Manage budgets, quality, and schedules for new and renovation projects of Louis Vuitton stores in Japan.
6. Provide continuous back-end support for facilities management post-opening.

1. Over 5 years of experience in design or project management/construction supervision in the architecture industry or commercial facilities.
2. Proficiency in Japanese (mandatory), English proficiency is an advantage.

1. Strategic negotiation skills.
2. Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Adobe and CAD skills are a plus.
3. Strong organizational and coordination abilities.

Minimum of 5 years in design or project management/construction supervision within the architecture industry or commercial facilities.
