Louis Vuitton Store Planning Project Manager

- Organize and negotiate building conditions with store locations, respecting both Louis Vuitton's and partners' opinions to guide them towards the desired design and environment.
- Create and manage the master schedule, including design, permit applications, bidding, construction, and opening preparations.
- Coordinate with the LVM Design Department to ensure design intentions from Paris are understood and implemented.
- Collaborate with construction and production companies to provide an environment where creative ideas can emerge.
- Manage budgets, quality, and schedules for new and renovation projects of Louis Vuitton stores in Japan.
- Provide continuous back-end support for facilities management post-opening.
- Over 5 years of experience in design or project management/construction supervision in the architecture industry or commercial facilities.
- Proficiency in Japanese (mandatory), English proficiency is an advantage.
- Strategic negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Adobe and CAD skills are a plus.
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
Minimum of 5 years in design or project management/construction supervision within the architecture industry or commercial facilities.
