1. Organize and negotiate building conditions with store locations.
2. Respect both Louis Vuitton’s and partners’ opinions based on business strategies.
3. Guide towards desired design and environment with strategic negotiation skills.
4. Organize legal and technical conditions such as structure and facilities.
5. Modify and adjust store design guidelines as necessary.
6. Create the master schedule including kick-off, design, permit applications, bidding, approvals, construction drawings, and production.
7. Coordinate with LVM Design Department and local design offices.
8. Ensure understanding and realization of design intentions from Paris.
9. Coordinate with construction and production companies.
10. Collaborate with domestic partners and team members to foster a creative environment.
11. Coordinate VE (Value Engineering) proposals according to the budget.
12. Order imported fixtures and equipment.
13. Create various contracts and manage ordering tasks.
14. Conduct industrial inspections and on-site construction checks.
15. Perform pre-delivery and completion inspections.
16. Attend inspections one year after completion.

1. Over 5 years of experience in design or project management/construction supervision in the architecture industry or commercial facilities.
2. Proficiency in Japanese (mandatory), English proficiency is an advantage.

1. PC skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
2. Adobe and CAD skills are a plus.

Minimum 5 years of experience in design or project management/construction supervision in the architecture industry or commercial facilities.

Hybrid working mode.
