1. Organize and negotiate building conditions with store locations, respecting both Louis Vuitton’s and partners’ opinions to guide towards desired designs.
2. Create and manage the master schedule, including kick-off, design, permit applications, bidding, and construction phases.
3. Coordinate with the LVM Design Department to ensure design intentions from Paris are realized and adjusted as necessary.
4. Collaborate with construction and production companies to provide an environment conducive to creative ideas.
5. Manage budgetary constraints through Value Engineering proposals and oversee the ordering of imported fixtures and equipment.
6. Conduct industrial inspections, on-site construction checks, and various completion inspections, including one-year post-completion reviews.

1. Over 5 years of experience in design or project management/construction supervision in the architecture industry or commercial facilities.
2. Proficiency in Japanese (mandatory), with English proficiency being advantageous.

A minimum of 5 years in design or project management/construction supervision within the architecture or commercial facilities sector.
