Responsibilities
- Organize and negotiate building conditions with store locations.
- Respect both Louis Vuitton’s and partners’ opinions based on business strategies.
- Guide towards desired design and environment with strategic negotiation skills.
- Organize legal and technical conditions such as structure and facilities.
- Modify and adjust store design guidelines as necessary.
- Create the master schedule including kick-off, design, permit applications, bidding, approvals, construction drawings, and production.
- Coordinate with LVM Design Department and local design offices.
- Ensure understanding and realization of design intentions from Paris.
- Coordinate with construction and production companies.
- Collaborate with domestic partners and team members to foster a creative environment.
- Coordinate VE (Value Engineering) proposals according to the budget.
- Order imported fixtures and equipment.
- Create various contracts and manage ordering tasks.
- Conduct industrial inspections and on-site construction checks.
- Perform pre-delivery and completion inspections.
- Attend inspections one year after completion.
Qualifications
- Over 5 years of experience in design or project management/construction supervision in the architecture industry or commercial facilities.
- Proficiency in Japanese (mandatory), English proficiency is an advantage.
Skills
- PC skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Adobe and CAD skills are a plus.
