1. Coordinate store opening projects within a designated country in the EMEA region, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
2. Manage relationships with external consultants, contractors, and suppliers to oversee cost management, scheduling, and project quality throughout the planning and construction phases.
3. Prepare feasibility studies to evaluate locations and estimate budgets and timelines.
4. Coordinate the design team's project schedule.
5. Oversee the tendering process, evaluate submissions, and award contracts to external stakeholders, supervising their activities and outcomes.
6. Manage supplier orders and review consultant and contractor drawings to ensure alignment with project concepts from preliminary submissions to construction and workshop drawings.
7. Ensure compliance with Louis Vuitton's standards and guidelines, as well as those of the host country.
8. Collaborate with the procurement team to verify project budgets.
9. Supervise design and construction activities until store opening.
10. Monitor construction progress and manage the snag list post-opening.
11. Present project updates to top management throughout the project lifecycle.

1. Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Engineering (BAC +5).
2. Minimum of 5 years of operational experience as an architect.
3. Strong background in architecture and the retail/luxury sector is highly valued.
4. Fluency in French and English; proficiency in Italian, German, or Spanish is advantageous.
5. Proficiency in project management methodologies.
