- Coordinate store opening projects within a designated country in the EMEA region, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Manage relationships with external consultants, contractors, and suppliers to oversee cost management, scheduling, and project quality throughout the planning and construction phases.
- Prepare feasibility studies to evaluate locations and estimate budgets and timelines.
- Coordinate the design team's project schedule.
- Oversee the tendering process, evaluate submissions, and award contracts to external stakeholders, supervising their activities and outcomes.
- Manage supplier orders and review consultant and contractor drawings to ensure alignment with project concepts from preliminary submissions to construction and workshop drawings.
- Ensure compliance with Louis Vuitton's standards and guidelines, as well as those of the host country.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to verify project budgets.
- Supervise design and construction activities until store opening.
- Monitor construction progress and manage the snag list post-opening.
- Present project updates to top management throughout the project lifecycle.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Engineering (BAC +5).
- Minimum of 5 years of operational experience as an architect.
- Strong background in architecture and the retail/luxury sector is highly valued.
- Fluency in French and English; proficiency in Italian, German, or Spanish is advantageous.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies.
- Analytical, synthesis, and formalization skills.
- Rigor, autonomy, and entrepreneurial vision.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.
- Solution-oriented mindset.
A minimum of 5 years of operational experience as an architect is required, with a strong background in the retail or luxury sector being highly valued.
Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Engineering (BAC +5).
