1. Maintain and organize project documents, minutes, and cost tracking.
2. Assist with procurement of furniture and direct purchase items.
3. Support back-of-house design and coordination with retail teams.
4. Aid in material validation and local sourcing.
5. Assist with purchase order and goods receipt processing, and associated contract management.
6. Coordinate meetings and handle related administrative tasks.

1. Currently enrolled in a third or fourth-year undergraduate or graduate program, specializing in Architecture.
2. Authorized to work in Hong Kong without visa sponsorship.

1. Passion for the retail luxury industry.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
3. Resourceful problem-solving skills with an entrepreneurial mindset.
4. Organized and detail-oriented.
5. Fluency in English; proficiency in Cantonese or Mandarin is advantageous.

No prior professional experience required; ideal for beginners.

Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or graduate program.
