Louis Vuitton Store Planning Executive

- Monitor project progress and create direct order reports for project managers and stakeholders.
- Manage project management documents, including project plans, budgets, schedules, and scope statements, under the supervision of the project manager.
- Follow up with vendors and service providers on procurement and payment cycles.
- Coordinate meetings between the store planning team and relevant department heads.
- Prepare necessary presentation materials for meetings.
- Prepare and submit necessary documentation for internal and external submissions.
- Maintain relevant store planning standard operating guidelines (SOPs).
- Execute transversal projects initiated by zone or HQ management teams.
- Manage pop-up or temporary store projects under the guidance of the project manager.
- Provide administrative support to the Store Planning VP.
- Maintain and update the zone store network deck.
- At least 2 years of experience in project coordination, project management roles, or related fields.
- High proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Photoshop.
- Attention to detail with excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with staff and management.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Ability to prioritize workload, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated, and highly result-oriented with a positive working attitude.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.
