1. Assist in preparing the project launch package by gathering necessary information.
2. Support the management of BOH layout improvements and action plans.
3. Aid in temporary store and pop-up project execution, including layout drafting and inventory arrangement.
4. Coordinate the ordering, shipment, and importation of furniture from overseas suppliers.
5. Initiate purchase orders and manage payment processes for projects.
6. Assist in customs clearance processes.
7. Update and maintain existing store records and documents.

1. Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, design, or equivalent.

1. Fluency in English.
2. High proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD.
3. Strong communication skills, both clear and concise.

Beginner level experience in a related field is required.
