1. Curate and manage the store's schedule across all functions.
2. Participate in meetings to adjust schedules based on events, product launches, client demographics, and management feedback.
3. Manage annual leave to minimize trade disruption and prevent excessive overlap.
4. Report any absence manipulation to line managers and HR.
5. Oversee sick leave management and maintain an up-to-date monthly attendance dashboard.
6. Track lateness and maintain an Excel lateness tracker for the store population.
7. Coordinate with HR on new joiners and leavers to ensure minimal disruption to the store roster.
8. Collaborate with Retail Performance to review traffic counters and insights.
9. Create daily planners with a focus on commercial strategy, including floor coverage and strategic break balances.
10. Manage petty cash for the store.
11. Order and manage F&B supplies for store use, including beverages, snacks, and event-related refreshments.
12. Prepare and compile store data for large-scale visits.

1. Beginner level experience in a similar role.

1. Fluency in Excel.
2. Proficiency in navigating Success Factor and QlickSense.
3. Basic knowledge of PowerPoint is advantageous.

Beginner level experience in store operations or a related field is required.
