1. Lead and develop the store team through innovative and motivating management and coaching.
2. Inspire teams to build sustainable client relationships, ensuring adherence to the Louis Vuitton promise.
3. Identify business opportunities and implement actions to achieve store goals.
4. Monitor store operations and budget, ensuring efficiency and profitability.
5. Recruit, train, and build highly motivated and engaged teams.
6. Provide regular feedback and development plans to drive team members' careers.

1. Proven track record in premium or luxury retail management.
2. Demonstrated leadership and team development skills.

Minimum 10 years of experience in a renowned premium or luxury retail environment.

Annual salary range of $140,000-$160,000 CAD, plus participation in the Retail Bonus program.
