1. Lead and develop the store team through innovative and motivating management and coaching.
2. Enhance business opportunities through efficient sales floor management.
3. Build and maintain sustainable client relationships, ensuring exceptional client experiences.
4. Identify business opportunities and implement actions to achieve store goals.
5. Directly accountable for developing the business and supervising store operations and budget.
6. Recruit, build, and develop highly motivated, trained, and engaged teams.
7. Provide regular feedback and ensure detailed development plans for team members.

1. Proven experience in a sophisticated, client-centric retail environment.
2. Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams.
3. Strong sales leadership skills with a focus on client portfolio building and cross-selling.

3. Strong operational and budget management capabilities.

Minimum of 5 years in a similar role within a luxury retail environment.

Salary range of USD $110,000 - $130,000 annually, with potential for bonuses.
