Louis Vuitton Store Manager

- Ensure the team meets monthly and annual sales targets.
- Manage and develop the team by ensuring adherence to Louis Vuitton's customer commitment, providing consistent coaching, identifying training needs, and supporting the Coach Trainer in adapting individual action plans.
- Identify talents, recruit and train high-quality staff, and implement succession plans with store management.
- Define individual and collective objectives, evaluate performance, and manage proactively according to expectations.
- Optimize team organization continuously for improvement.
- Assist the team in building lasting customer relationships using available tools.
- Prioritize customer service to ensure an optimal in-store experience.
- Implement action plans to boost activity and optimize product sales using various levers such as Visual Merchandising and customer management tools.
- Coordinate team sales, assist staff in achieving commercial objectives, and encourage cross-selling and purchase frequency.
- Develop and manage a client portfolio.
- Optimize commercial opportunities through effective store management, visibility, quality service, and maintaining Louis Vuitton standards.
- Communicate and implement brand procedures, standards, and appearance guidelines.
- Assist the Stock team in inventory management.
- Proven operational excellence and leadership skills.
- Recognized as an inspiring team developer capable of leading employees to excellence.
- Strong sense of responsibility and commitment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, team spirit, curiosity, empathy, agility, commercial acumen, and strategic vision.
- Proficiency in IT tools.
- Fluency in English.
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.
