1. Optimize the store's commercial performance by identifying business opportunities and initiatives to enhance sales and minimize losses.
2. Analyze market trends and competitors to recommend areas for business development and improvement.
3. Provide analysis and feedback on clientele and product line performances, developing and implementing action plans for improvement.
4. Lead the management of the store, ensuring daily operations align with company policies and procedures.
5. Maintain Louis Vuitton standards in presentation, merchandising, customer service, and back-office activities.
6. Implement plans to deliver efficiencies and productivity improvements across store operations.
7. Manage store security, health and safety issues, and external supplier relationships.
8. Control costs and report on budgets and results.
9. Provide leadership to the team, fostering a positive team spirit and motivation to achieve business objectives.
10. Ensure training programs are delivered for all team members, focusing on sales techniques, customer service, and product knowledge.
11. Supervise recruitment, evaluation, and development of the store team, ensuring succession plans are in place.
12. Resolve staff issues and ensure implementation of human resources policies and procedures.
13. Build and develop clientele loyalty through CRM events and initiatives.
14. Represent the brand at public and store events to promote the Louis Vuitton image and products.
