Louis Vuitton Store Manager

- Optimize the store's commercial performance by identifying business opportunities and initiatives to enhance sales and minimize losses.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to recommend areas for business development and improvement.
- Provide analysis and feedback on clientele and product line performances, developing and implementing action plans for improvement.
- Lead the management of the store, ensuring daily operations align with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain Louis Vuitton standards in presentation, merchandising, customer service, and back-office activities.
- Implement plans to deliver efficiencies and productivity improvements across store operations.
- Manage store security, health and safety issues, and external supplier relationships.
- Control costs and report on budgets and results.
- Provide leadership to the team, fostering a positive team spirit and motivation to achieve business objectives.
- Ensure training programs are delivered for all team members, focusing on sales techniques, customer service, and product knowledge.
- Supervise recruitment, evaluation, and development of the store team, ensuring succession plans are in place.
- Resolve staff issues and ensure implementation of human resources policies and procedures.
- Build and develop clientele loyalty through CRM events and initiatives.
- Represent the brand at public and store events to promote the Louis Vuitton image and products.
- Minimum 5 years of management or retail experience with a strong sense of customer service.
- Exceptional high standards and understanding of the luxury sector and LVMH's image.
- Proactive, results-driven individual with initiative and commercial creativity.
- Strong management skills and ability to lead a team with organizational and coaching skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize business improvements.
