1. Optimize the store’s commercial performance by identifying business opportunities and initiatives to improve sales and minimize losses.
2. Analyze market trends and competitors, recommending areas for business development.
3. Provide analysis and feedback on clientele and product line performances.
4. Lead the management of the store, ensuring daily operations align with company policies.
5. Maintain Louis Vuitton standards in store presentation, merchandising, and customer service.
6. Manage store security, health and safety, supplier relationships, and cost control.
7. Provide leadership and motivation to the team to achieve business objectives.
8. Ensure training programs are delivered for all team members.
9. Supervise recruitment, evaluation, and development of the store team.
10. Build and develop clientele loyalty and represent the brand in public events.

1. At least 5 years of management or retail experience.
2. Strong sense of customer service.
3. Knowledge and understanding of the luxury sector and LVMH’s image.
