Louis Vuitton Store Manager

- Optimize the store's commercial performance by identifying business opportunities and initiatives to improve sales, minimize losses, and promote new products, aligning with company objectives and policies.
- Analyze market trends and competitors, providing recommendations for business development and improvement.
- Provide analysis and feedback on clientele and product line performances through weekly and monthly reports, and develop action plans to deliver improvements.
- Lead the management of the store, ensuring daily operations and functions adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Maintain Louis Vuitton standards in store presentation, merchandising, customer service, and back-office activities.
- Identify and implement plans to enhance efficiencies and productivity across store operations.
- Manage store security, health and safety issues, external supplier relationships, and contracts.
- Control costs and manage budgets, providing results reporting.
- Provide leadership to the team, fostering a positive team spirit and motivation to achieve business objectives.
- Ensure training programs are delivered for all team members, focusing on sales techniques, customer service, policies, procedures, and product knowledge.
- Supervise recruitment, evaluation, and development of the store team, including coaching direct reports and ensuring succession plans for key positions.
- Implement human resources policies and procedures, resolving staff issues as appropriate.
- Build and develop clientele loyalty, planning and delivering CRM events and initiatives in conjunction with Head Office.
- Represent the brand in public and store events to promote the Louis Vuitton image and products.
- At least 5 years of management or retail experience with a strong sense of customer service.
- Knowledge and understanding of the luxury sector and LVMH's brand image.
- Proactive, results-driven individual with initiative and commercial creativity.
- Strong management skills and ability to lead a team, with strong organizational and coaching skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks.
- Good reporting and analytical skills, with computer literacy.
- Dynamic, autonomous, and self-motivated individual able to adapt quickly.
