1. Optimize the store's commercial performance by identifying business opportunities and initiatives to improve sales, minimize losses, and promote new products, aligning with company objectives and policies.
2. Analyze market trends and competitors, providing recommendations for business development and improvement.
3. Provide analysis and feedback on clientele and product line performances through weekly and monthly reports, and develop action plans to deliver improvements.
4. Lead the management of the store, ensuring daily operations and functions adhere to company policies and procedures.
5. Maintain Louis Vuitton standards in store presentation, merchandising, customer service, and back-office activities.
6. Identify and implement plans to enhance efficiencies and productivity across store operations.
7. Manage store security, health and safety issues, external supplier relationships, and contracts.
8. Control costs and manage budgets, providing results reporting.
9. Provide leadership to the team, fostering a positive team spirit and motivation to achieve business objectives.
10. Ensure training programs are delivered for all team members, focusing on sales techniques, customer service, policies, procedures, and product knowledge.
11. Supervise recruitment, evaluation, and development of the store team, including coaching direct reports and ensuring succession plans for key positions.
12. Implement human resources policies and procedures, resolving staff issues as appropriate.
13. Build and develop clientele loyalty, planning and delivering CRM events and initiatives in conjunction with Head Office.
14. Represent the brand in public and store events to promote the Louis Vuitton image and products.

1. At least 5 years of management or retail experience with a strong sense of customer service.
2. Knowledge and understanding of the luxury sector and LVMH's brand image.
3. Proactive, results-driven individual with initiative and commercial creativity.
4. Strong management skills and ability to lead a team, with strong organizational and coaching skills.
5. Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks.
6. Good reporting and analytical skills, with computer literacy.
7. Dynamic, autonomous, and self-motivated individual able to adapt quickly.
