1. Optimize the store's commercial performance by identifying business opportunities and initiatives to improve sales and minimize losses.
2. Analyze market trends and competitors, recommending areas for business development.
3. Provide analysis and feedback on clientele and product line performances through reports.
4. Lead the management of the store, ensuring daily operations align with company policies.
5. Maintain Louis Vuitton standards in presentation, merchandising, customer service, and back-office activities.
6. Identify and implement plans to improve efficiencies and productivity in store operations.
7. Manage store security, health and safety, supplier relationships, and cost control.
8. Provide leadership to the team, ensuring motivation and achievement of business objectives.
9. Ensure training programs are delivered for all team members.
10. Supervise recruitment, evaluation, and development of the store team.
11. Build and develop clientele loyalty through CRM events and initiatives.
12. Represent the brand in public and store events to promote the LV image.

1. Experienced retailer or manager with at least 5 years of experience.
2. Strong sense of customer service.
3. Knowledge and understanding of the luxury sector and LVMH's image.

Minimum 5 years of experience in retail or management.
