Louis Vuitton Store Manager

- Develop managers to ensure their teams deliver the Louis Vuitton Promise to every client, through demonstrating and modeling the four Louis Vuitton Attitudes.
- Support managers with consistent coaching, identify development and training needs, and partner with the In-store Trainer to tailor individual action plans.
- Hire, evaluate, train, position, and discipline staff in alignment with company policies to reflect business strategy and meet sales goals.
- Demonstrate sales leadership by actively participating on the selling floor.
- Continuously motivate sales staff to meet assigned sales and productivity goals.
- Implement events and develop in-store incentives to grow the customer base, with emphasis on building the local market.
- Provide accurate forecasts for monthly sales targets.
- Set achievable yet challenging team and individual targets for the store; assess, monitor, and manage performance to ensure these goals are achieved.
- Uphold excellent quality and efficient, friendly customer service; monitor staff performance to maintain high standards.
- Aim to exceed customer expectations of Louis Vuitton services and products, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Establish and implement action plans with the Retail Manager to develop sales for each product category and clientele.
- Remain aware of the local trading environment and its impact on sales, including competitors' activities.
- Act as a brand ambassador to strengthen relationships with VIP clientele.
- Translate strategic and business goals into concrete individual actions and objectives.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience with at least 4 years in management roles
- Strong knowledge of the fashion and luxury retail industry
- Excellent presentation skills
- Capable of analyzing, organizing, and planning

- Excellent proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
