6. Provide forecasts for monthly sales targets.
7. Set and manage team and individual sales targets, monitoring performance to ensure achievement.

11. Monitor local trading environment and competitors' activities.

1. Minimum of 8 years of experience, with at least 4 years in management roles.
2. Strong knowledge of the fashion and luxury retail industry.
3. Excellent presentation skills.
4. Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
