1. Optimize the store's commercial performance by identifying business opportunities and initiatives to improve sales and minimize losses.
2. Analyze market trends and competitors, recommending areas for business development.
3. Provide analysis and feedback on clientele and product line performances.
4. Lead the management of the store, ensuring daily operations align with company policies.
5. Maintain Louis Vuitton standards in presentation, customer service, and back-office activities.
6. Manage store security, health and safety issues, and external supplier relationships.
7. Control costs and report on budgets and results.
8. Provide leadership and motivation to the team, ensuring a positive team spirit.
9. Ensure training programs are delivered for all team members.
10. Supervise recruitment, evaluation, and development of the store team.
11. Build and develop clientele loyalty through CRM events and initiatives.
12. Represent the brand in public and store events.

1. At least 5 years of management or retail experience.
2. Strong sense of customer service.
3. Knowledge and understanding of the luxury sector.
