2. Drive client portfolio building, client repurchase rates, and cross-selling initiatives.
3. Enhance business opportunities through efficient sales floor management.
4. Identify business opportunities and implement actions to achieve store goals.
5. Supervise store operations and manage the budget effectively.
6. Recruit, train, and engage a highly motivated team.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sophisticated, client-centric retail environment.

The salary range is USD $135,000 - $150,000 annually, with potential bonuses.
