2. Inspire teams to build sustainable client relationships, ensuring exceptional client experiences.

4. Supervise store operations and manage budgets effectively.
5. Recruit, train, and engage highly motivated teams, providing regular feedback and development plans.

7. Serve as a role model in selling and floor management.

Salary range of USD $130,000 - $145,000 annually, plus bonus opportunities.
