- Represent the Maison in the local community, strengthening the store’s presence and brand image.
- Inspire, coach, and mentor a high-performing team of over 30 staff, including two Team Managers and a Clienteling Manager.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, creativity, and continuous development, ensuring alignment with the Maison’s values.
- Deliver ongoing performance management, feedback, and career development to nurture talent and support professional growth.
- Oversee daily operations to ensure flawless execution and adherence to brand standards.
- Optimize store layout, visual merchandising, and inventory management to maintain high levels of presentation and profitability.
- Champion omnichannel strategies to create seamless experiences across all client touchpoints.
