Louis Vuitton Store Manager

- Optimize the store's commercial performance by identifying business opportunities to improve sales and minimize losses.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to recommend areas for business development.
- Provide analysis and feedback on clientele and product line performances, developing action plans to deliver improvements.
- Lead the management of the store, ensuring daily operations align with company policies and procedures.
- Ensure Louis Vuitton standards are maintained across store presentation, customer service, and back-office activities.
- Identify and implement plans to deliver efficiencies and productivity improvements.
- Manage store security, health and safety, supplier relationships, and cost control.
- Provide leadership to the team, ensuring motivation and achievement of business objectives.
- Ensure training programs are delivered for all team members, focusing on sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Supervise recruitment, evaluation, and development of the store team, ensuring succession plans for key positions.
- Build and develop clientele loyalty, planning CRM events in conjunction with Head Office.
- Represent the brand in public and store events to promote the Louis Vuitton image.
- At least 5 years of management or retail experience with a strong sense of customer service.
- Exceptional high standards and understanding of the luxury sector.
- Proactive, results-driven individual with commercial creativity.
- Strong management skills and ability to lead a team.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks.
- Good reporting and analytical skills.
