1. Oversee staff management, including hiring, evaluating, training, and disciplining employees in alignment with company policies.
2. Motivate and support staff to achieve sales goals and foster individual development.
3. Ensure inventory accuracy and manage merchandise presentation to maximize sales.
4. Demonstrate sales leadership and motivate sales staff to meet targets.
5. Develop and implement in-store marketing and promotional activities.
6. Maintain exceptional customer service standards and empower staff to resolve complex issues.
7. Manage administrative tasks including payroll, billing, and reporting to head office.
8. Implement security measures and internal procedures to prevent stock discrepancies.
9. Oversee store visuals and collaborate with visual merchandising service providers.

1. Minimum of 12 years of experience, with at least 5 years in management roles.
2. Strong knowledge of the fashion and luxury retail industry.
3. Proficiency in English and one other Asian language.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in the fashion and luxury retail industry, with at least 5 years in a management capacity.
