1. Lead and develop the store team through innovative and motivating management and coaching.

7. Identify business opportunities and implement actions to achieve store goals.
8. Supervise store operations and budget management.

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury retail environment.

Annual salary range of USD $130,000 - $145,000, plus potential bonus.
