1. Optimize the store's commercial performance and lead business development initiatives.
2. Enhance sales, minimize losses, and promote new products in alignment with company objectives.
3. Maximize the potential of all product categories and universes within the store.
4. Cultivate and develop clientele loyalty through CRM events and initiatives.
5. Ensure daily operations align with company procedures and standards.
6. Implement plans to improve efficiencies and productivity in store operations.
7. Monitor store expenses, supervise loss prevention, and oversee asset protection.
8. Develop and manage the store team, ensuring delivery of the Louis Vuitton Promise to clients.
9. Identify, recruit, and develop talent to secure succession plans for key positions.
10. Translate strategic goals into individual actions and objectives.
11. Provide leadership and maintain a positive team spirit and motivation.
12. Represent the Louis Vuitton brand in public and store events.

1. Minimum 10 years of experience in retail management.
2. Strong understanding of the luxury sector and LVMH's brand image.
3. Proactive and results-driven with commercial creativity.

4. Analytical and reporting proficiency.
5. Fluency in English, Dutch, and/or French.

Extensive management experience in retail, with a minimum of 10 years in a similar role.
