11. Provide leadership and maintain a positive team spirit and motivation.
12. Represent the Louis Vuitton brand in public and store events.

1. Minimum 10 years of experience in retail management.
2. Strong understanding of the luxury sector and LVMH's brand image.
3. Proactive and results-driven with commercial creativity.
