- Minimum 10 years of experience in retail management.
- Strong understanding of the luxury sector and LVMH's brand image.

- Strong communication, social, and networking skills.
- Leadership and team management capabilities.
- Analytical and reporting proficiency.
- Fluency in English, Dutch, and/or French.
Extensive management experience in retail, with a minimum of 10 years in a similar role.
