Louis Vuitton Store Manager

- Develop and coach managers to deliver the Louis Vuitton Promise to every client.
- Identify, recruit, and develop talent to secure succession plans for key positions.
- Translate strategic goals into individual actions and objectives.
- Set team and individual targets, monitoring performance and providing feedback.
- Lead and motivate the team, fostering a positive team spirit.
- Represent the Louis Vuitton brand at public and store events, promoting brand image and products.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in retail management.
- Strong understanding of the luxury sector and LVMH's brand image.
- Proven track record in customer service excellence.
- Exceptional communication, social, and networking skills.
- Strong management and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in English and Dutch.
- Analytical and reporting skills.
- Autonomous and self-motivated with a flexible approach.
A minimum of 10 years of extensive management experience in retail, with a focus on luxury brands.
