1. Drive store sales and optimize the potential of each product category to achieve commercial objectives.

4. Involve and develop Managers and Assistant Managers in operational tasks, floor management, and team support.

6. Manage costs, anticipate risks, and maintain stock accountability.

1. Proven commercial acumen with a strong customer focus and proactive approach.
2. Confirmed experience in team management, leadership, and influence with excellent interpersonal skills.
3. Proficiency in operational processes and IT tools, with a meticulous approach to regulatory compliance.
4. Flexibility and availability for scheduling requirements.

The role includes opportunities for career advancement, including co-management of the Courchevel Resort, with frequent travel to Courchevel between December and April.
