1. Lead and develop the store team through innovative management and mentorship.
2. Build and maintain sustainable client relationships in alignment with the Louis Vuitton Promise.
3. Demonstrate exceptional sales leadership, including personal client portfolio development and driving client repurchase rates.
4. Ensure Louis Vuitton standards are consistently upheld on the sales floor.
5. Identify business opportunities and implement strategic actions to achieve store goals.
6. Oversee store operations and budget management.
7. Recruit, train, and engage highly motivated teams, providing regular feedback and development plans.

1. Experience in a renowned premium or luxury retail environment.
2. Passion for people development and leadership.
3. Proven ability to manage and coach teams effectively.

Minimum of 5 years in a similar role within a premium or luxury retail environment.

Annual salary range of USD $165,000 - $175,000, plus bonus opportunities.
