1. Oversee the prestigious Louis Vuitton store at Saks Fifth Avenue, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
2. Demonstrate exemplary sales leadership to build and maintain a personal client portfolio.
3. Drive client repurchase rates and cross-selling to maximize business opportunities through effective floor management.
4. Manage and coach the team to develop sustainable client relationships, ensuring adherence to Louis Vuitton's vision.
5. Identify business opportunities and implement actions to achieve store goals.
6. Develop and monitor store operations and budget.
7. Recruit, build, and lead highly motivated teams, providing regular feedback and career development plans.
8. Maintain a presence on the sales floor to engage directly with clients and team members.

1. Proven track record in a premium or luxury retail environment.
2. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.

Minimum of 5 years in a premium or luxury retail environment, with a focus on sales leadership and team management.

Salary range of USD$170,000 - $190,000 annually, plus bonus opportunities.
