1. Lead and develop the store team to drive business and uphold the Louis Vuitton Promise.
2. Provide consistent coaching to Managers, identify training needs, and partner to tailor action plans.
3. Identify, recruit, and develop talent with a focus on succession planning.
4. Organize the team efficiently based on business needs, delegating responsibilities effectively.
5. Translate strategic and business goals into concrete and individual actions and objectives.
6. Set achievable yet challenging team and individual targets, assess performance, and manage progress toward goals.
7. Cultivate a positive work environment that empowers innovative solutions, motivates the team, and encourages collaboration.
8. Manage and coach Managers in developing their own teams.

1. Minimum 5 years of retail experience, preferably in the luxury retail sector.
2. Demonstrated experience in managing teams, with a preference for managing other managers.
3. Strong business acumen with the ability to understand market trends and identify business opportunities.
4. Excellent leadership and coaching skills with the ability to develop and motivate a team.
5. Exceptional client service skills with a focus on building lasting relationships.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
