- Lead and develop the store team to drive business and uphold the Louis Vuitton Promise.
- Provide consistent coaching to Managers, identify training needs, and partner to tailor action plans.
- Identify, recruit, and develop talent with a focus on succession planning.
- Organize the team efficiently based on business needs, delegating responsibilities effectively.
- Translate strategic and business goals into concrete and individual actions and objectives.
- Set achievable yet challenging team and individual targets, assess performance, and manage progress toward goals.
- Cultivate a positive work environment that empowers innovative solutions, motivates the team, and encourages collaboration.
- Manage and coach Managers in developing their own teams.
- Minimum 5 years of retail experience, preferably in the luxury retail sector.
- Demonstrated experience in managing teams, with a preference for managing other managers.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to understand market trends and identify business opportunities.
- Excellent leadership and coaching skills with the ability to develop and motivate a team.
- Exceptional client service skills with a focus on building lasting relationships.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
