1. Manage vendor contracts and monitor store maintenance.
2. Support Store Management in workforce planning, considering traffic flow and staff availability.
3. Manage and order store supplies, including stationery and uniforms.
4. Handle cash management and expense reimbursements.
5. Ensure compliance with Internal Audit guidelines.
6. Reconcile till sales with RMS sales and resolve discrepancies.
7. Update and maintain competitor reports.
8. Coordinate with HR Administration & Payroll regarding timesheets and other HR matters.
9. Maintain store HR trackers and respond to employee queries regarding leave and holidays.
10. Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for store employees.
11. Adhere to company policies and procedures.
12. Participate in store meetings and contribute to store objectives.
13. Support Client Advisors in optimizing operations to meet client needs.
14. Develop comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
15. Uphold Louis Vuitton brand standards in grooming and behavior.

1. Proven track record in store administration or a similar role.
2. Familiarity with luxury retail operations.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar administrative role within the retail or luxury sector is required.
