Louis Vuitton Store Administrator

- Manage vendor contracts and monitor store maintenance.
- Support Store Management in workforce planning, considering traffic flow and staff availability.
- Manage and order store supplies, including stationery and uniforms.
- Handle cash management and expense reimbursements.
- Ensure compliance with Internal Audit guidelines.
- Reconcile till sales with RMS sales and resolve discrepancies.
- Update and maintain competitor reports.
- Coordinate with HR Administration & Payroll regarding timesheets and other HR matters.
- Maintain store HR trackers and respond to employee queries regarding leave and holidays.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for store employees.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Participate in store meetings and contribute to store objectives.
- Support Client Advisors in optimizing operations to meet client needs.
- Develop comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
- Uphold Louis Vuitton brand standards in grooming and behavior.
- Proven track record in store administration or a similar role.
- Familiarity with luxury retail operations.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in workforce management and HR processes.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar administrative role within the retail or luxury sector is required.
