1. Maintain stock inventory in perfect condition, ensuring efficient and logical organization of all stock rooms, including products and packaging.
2. Manage delivery operations, preparing and replenishing stock quickly and accurately.
3. Ensure the right products are available on the sales floor to enhance store efficiency and maximize client experience.
4. Improve product availability by interacting with the supply chain and managing My Product Request (MPR) to meet client needs.
5. Enhance stock KPIs through various actions in collaboration with the store team and head office.
6. Manage contracts with suppliers and supervise store maintenance.
7. Follow internal audit guidelines.
8. Comply with company processes and procedures.
9. Assist client advisors in optimizing their adaptability to public inflow and client needs.
10. Demonstrate curiosity and interest in the business to identify and resolve issues, achieving higher efficiency and client experience.

1. At least 5 years of experience in stock management or supply chain, ideally in a retail environment.
2. Fluency in English and Spanish.
3. Availability to work 40 hours per week with flexibility for weekends.
