1. Set inventory quality standards and manage back-office operations, including stock counts, intra-shop movements, and consignment management.
2. Perform cashier checks, handle care services, and run reports to monitor boutique performance.
3. Manage money deposits and ensure accuracy in financial transactions and records.
4. Improve product availability by interacting with the Supply Chain team.
5. Ensure adherence to boutique procedures, including cashiering, client follow-up, and opening/closing protocols.
6. Assist in conducting regular inventory audits and cycle counts.
7. Manage contracts with suppliers and follow internal audit guidelines.
8. Maintain organization throughout the store, including sales floor, stockroom, and back-of-house areas.
9. Assist in merchandising and visual presentation to ensure the store maintains a luxury appearance.
10. Provide exceptional client experience by assisting with inquiries and product information.
11. Support sales associates during peak times to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
12. Maintain a flexible and dynamic stockroom layout to maximize efficiency.

1. At least 5 years of experience in stock management within a retail company.
2. Fluency in English and the local language.
