Louis Vuitton Stock Supervisor

- Set inventory quality standards and manage back-office operations, including stock counts, intra-shop movements, and consignment management.
- Perform cashier checks, handle care services, and run reports to monitor boutique performance.
- Manage money deposits and ensure accuracy in financial transactions and records.
- Improve product availability by interacting with the Supply Chain team.
- Ensure adherence to boutique procedures, including cashiering, client follow-up, and opening/closing protocols.
- Assist in conducting regular inventory audits and cycle counts.
- Manage contracts with suppliers and follow internal audit guidelines.
- Maintain organization throughout the store, including sales floor, stockroom, and back-of-house areas.
- Assist in merchandising and visual presentation to ensure the store maintains a luxury appearance.
- Provide exceptional client experience by assisting with inquiries and product information.
- Support sales associates during peak times to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
- Maintain a flexible and dynamic stockroom layout to maximize efficiency.
- At least 5 years of experience in stock management within a retail company.
- Fluency in English and the local language.
- Strong interest in luxury retail and back-of-house operations.
- Passion for operational efficiency and continuous process improvement.
- Problem-solving mindset with a creative and proactive approach.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Adaptable and resourceful, able to navigate a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work in a team and possess a global vision of the business.
Minimum 5 years of experience in stock management in a retail company.
