1. Maintain stock inventory in optimal condition, ensuring efficient organization of all stock rooms.
2. Manage delivery operations, preparing and replenishing stock swiftly and accurately.
3. Ensure product availability on the sales floor to enhance store efficiency and client experience.
4. Interact with Supply Chain and manage My Product Request (MPR) to meet client needs.
5. Improve stock KPIs through collaboration with the store team and Head Office.
6. Manage contracts with suppliers and supervise store maintenance.
7. Adhere to Internal Audit guidelines.
8. Comply with company processes and procedures.
9. Assist Client Advisors in optimizing adaptability to client inflow.
10. Demonstrate curiosity and interest in business operations to identify and resolve issues.

1. At least 5 years of experience in stock management or supply chain, ideally in a retail environment.
2. Fluent in English and Spanish.
3. Availability to work 40 hours per week, including weekends.
