- Maintain stock inventory in optimal condition, ensuring efficient organization of all stock rooms.
- Manage delivery operations, preparing and replenishing stock swiftly and accurately.
- Ensure product availability on the sales floor to enhance store efficiency and client experience.
- Interact with Supply Chain and manage My Product Request (MPR) to meet client needs.
- Improve stock KPIs through collaboration with the store team and Head Office.
- Manage contracts with suppliers and supervise store maintenance.
- Adhere to Internal Audit guidelines.
- Comply with company processes and procedures.
- Assist Client Advisors in optimizing adaptability to client inflow.
- Demonstrate curiosity and interest in business operations to identify and resolve issues.
- At least 5 years of experience in stock management or supply chain, ideally in a retail environment.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Availability to work 40 hours per week, including weekends.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
