2. Receive deliveries and prepare stock swiftly and accurately to ensure product availability and seamless store operations.
3. Enhance product availability by interacting with logistics teams and managing the My Product Request (MPR) tool to meet client needs.
4. Plan and conduct inventory audits and manage all stock movements.
5. Exhibit leadership and operational excellence, utilizing available tools to support store teams effectively.
6. Drive daily activities focusing on priorities and key performance indicators (KPIs).
7. Continuously optimize and improve processes.
8. Monitor store maintenance in collaboration with management to ensure a pristine environment.
9. Maintain store supplies by placing necessary orders.
10. Train new staff in stock management and inventory procedures.
11. Fully integrate into store teams and contribute to achieving store objectives.
12. Develop in-depth knowledge of the brand and its products.
13. Participate in all ancillary tasks contributing to overall store goals, adhering to grooming standards and company procedures.
