1. Maintain stock inventory in impeccable condition, ensuring efficient and logical organization of all stock rooms, including product and packaging.
2. Manage delivery operations, preparing and replenishing stock swiftly and accurately.
3. Ensure the availability of the right products on the sales floor to enhance store efficiency and maximize client experience.
4. Provide prompt and accurate updates and communication with the team regarding new stock arrivals.
5. Improve product availability by interacting with the Supply Chain and managing Product Requests to meet client needs.
6. Proactively manage and investigate any stock discrepancies, ensuring efficient resolution and communication back to the store.
7. Adhere to company policies and procedures.
8. Integrate fully with the store team, participating in morning briefings and contributing to the store's overall objectives.
9. Develop comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
10. Uphold Louis Vuitton brand standards in grooming and behavior.

1. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

4. Proficiency in various stock management software and Excel.
5. Ability to work independently and build strong team relations.
6. Fluency in Polish and English.

Minimum of 3 years in a similar role, demonstrating expertise in stock management and team collaboration.
