1. Maintain stock inventory in optimal condition, ensuring efficient and logical organization of all stock rooms, including products and packaging.
2. Manage delivery operations, preparing and replenishing stock swiftly and accurately.
3. Ensure the availability of the right products on the sales floor to enhance store efficiency and maximize client experience.
4. Provide prompt and accurate updates and communication with the team regarding new stock arrivals.
5. Improve product availability by interacting with the supply chain and managing product requests to meet client needs.
6. Proactively manage and investigate stock discrepancies, ensuring efficient resolution and communication back to the store.
7. Adhere to company policies and procedures.
8. Fully integrate with the store team, participating in morning briefings and contributing to the store's overall objectives.
9. Develop comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
10. Uphold Louis Vuitton brand standards in terms of grooming and behavior.

1. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

4. Proficiency in stock management software and Excel.
5. Ability to work independently and build strong team relationships.
6. Fluency in Dutch and English.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role is required.
