1. Ensure efficient and logical organization of all storage rooms, including products and packaging.
2. Manage delivery activities, ensuring quick and precise stock preparation and replenishment.
3. Guarantee product availability in the store to enhance efficiency and maximize client experience.
4. Collaborate with the Supply Chain team to improve product availability.
5. Enhance stock KPIs through collaboration with the store team and head office.
6. Conduct daily and optimal stock counting with a precise counting calendar.
7. Prepare the shop floor with necessary supplies for a seamless selling process.
8. Manage contracts with suppliers and supervise store maintenance.
9. Oversee office supplies, uniform requests, and kitchen supplies.
10. Adhere to internal audit guidelines.
11. Comply with company processes and procedures.
12. Integrate fully into the store team and contribute to achieving store objectives.
13. Assist Client Advisors in adapting to public inflow and client needs.
14. Demonstrate curiosity and interest in the business to identify and resolve issues.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in stock management or supply chain, ideally in a retail environment.
2. Fluent in English and Spanish.
3. Availability for a full-time permanent contract.
4. Flexibility to work 40 hours per week, including weekends.
