- Ensure efficient and logical organization of all storage rooms, including products and packaging.
- Manage delivery activities, ensuring quick and precise stock preparation and replenishment.
- Guarantee product availability in the store to enhance efficiency and maximize client experience.
- Collaborate with the Supply Chain team to improve product availability.
- Enhance stock KPIs through collaboration with the store team and head office.
- Conduct daily and optimal stock counting with a precise counting calendar.
- Prepare the shop floor with necessary supplies for a seamless selling process.
- Manage contracts with suppliers and supervise store maintenance.
- Oversee office supplies, uniform requests, and kitchen supplies.
- Adhere to internal audit guidelines.
- Comply with company processes and procedures.
- Integrate fully into the store team and contribute to achieving store objectives.
- Assist Client Advisors in adapting to public inflow and client needs.
- Demonstrate curiosity and interest in the business to identify and resolve issues.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in stock management or supply chain, ideally in a retail environment.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Availability for a full-time permanent contract.
- Flexibility to work 40 hours per week, including weekends.
