- Ensure efficient and logical organization of all storage rooms, including products and packaging.
- Manage delivery operations, ensuring quick and precise stock preparation and replenishment.
- Guarantee product availability in the store to enhance efficiency and maximize client experience.
- Collaborate with the Supply Chain team to improve product availability and optimize stock management.
- Enhance stock KPIs through various actions in collaboration with the store team and head office.
- Conduct daily stock counts and create a precise counting calendar.
- Prepare the shop floor with necessary supplies to ensure smooth selling processes and client advisor comfort.
- Manage supplier contracts and supervise store maintenance.
- Oversee office supplies, uniform requests, and kitchen supplies.
- Adhere to internal audit guidelines.
- Comply with company processes and procedures.
- Integrate fully into the store team and contribute to achieving global store objectives.
- Assist client advisors in adapting to public inflow and client needs.
- Demonstrate curiosity and interest in business operations to identify and resolve issues, enhancing efficiency and client experience.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Availability for a Fijo Discontinuo Contract for the Summer Season.
- Willingness to work 40 hours per week with flexibility for weekends.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
