- Ensure efficient and logical organization of all storage rooms, including products and packaging.
- Manage delivery activities, preparing and replenishing stock quickly and accurately.
- Guarantee product availability in the store to enhance efficiency and maximize client experience.
- Collaborate with the Supply Chain team to improve product availability.
- Enhance stock Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) through various actions with the store team and head office.
- Conduct daily and optimal stock counting by creating a precise counting calendar.
- Prepare the shop floor with necessary supplies to ensure a seamless selling process and comfort for Client Advisors.
- Manage contracts with suppliers and supervise store maintenance.
- Oversee office supplies, uniform requests, and kitchen supplies.
- Adhere to internal audit guidelines.
- Comply with company processes and procedures.
- Integrate fully with the store team to achieve global store objectives.
- Assist Client Advisors in optimizing adaptability to public inflow and client needs.
- Demonstrate curiosity and interest in the business to identify and resolve issues, enhancing efficiency and client experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in stock management or supply chain, preferably in a retail environment.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work seamlessly with store teams and the Supply Chain.

- Basic technical knowledge, including daily use of computers, phones, and tech tools.
