- Ensure efficient and logical organization of all storage rooms, including products and packaging.
- Manage delivery activities, preparing and replenishing stock quickly and accurately.
- Guarantee the availability of appropriate products in the store to enhance efficiency and maximize client experience.
- Collaborate with the Supply Chain team to improve product availability.
- Enhance stock KPIs through strategic actions with the store team and head office.
- Conduct daily stock counts and maintain a precise counting calendar.
- Prepare the shop floor with necessary supplies to ensure a seamless selling process and comfort for Client Advisors.
- Manage contracts with suppliers and supervise store maintenance.
- Handle office supplies, uniform requests, and kitchen supplies.
- Adhere to internal audit guidelines.
- Comply with company processes and procedures.
- Integrate fully with the store team to contribute to global store objectives.
- Assist Client Advisors in adapting to public inflow and adjusting to client needs.
- Demonstrate curiosity and interest in the business to identify and resolve issues for higher efficiency and client experience.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Availability for a temporary contract to cover sick leave.
- Willingness to work 40 hours per week, with flexibility for weekends.
