1. Ensure efficient and logical organization of all storage rooms, including products and packaging.
2. Manage delivery activities, preparing and replenishing stock quickly and accurately.
3. Guarantee the availability of appropriate products in the store to enhance efficiency and maximize client experience.
4. Collaborate with the Supply Chain team to improve product availability.
5. Enhance stock KPIs through strategic actions with the store team and head office.
6. Conduct daily stock counts and maintain a precise counting calendar.
7. Prepare the shop floor with necessary supplies to ensure a seamless selling process and comfort for Client Advisors.
8. Manage contracts with suppliers and supervise store maintenance.
9. Handle office supplies, uniform requests, and kitchen supplies.
10. Adhere to internal audit guidelines.
11. Comply with company processes and procedures.
12. Integrate fully with the store team to contribute to global store objectives.
13. Assist Client Advisors in adapting to public inflow and adjusting to client needs.
14. Demonstrate curiosity and interest in the business to identify and resolve issues for higher efficiency and client experience.

1. Fluent in English and Spanish.
2. Availability for a temporary contract to cover sick leave.
3. Willingness to work 40 hours per week, with flexibility for weekends.
