- Ensure efficient and logical organization of all storage rooms, including products and packaging.
- Manage delivery activities, ensuring quick and precise preparation and replenishment of stock.
- Guarantee product availability in the store to enhance efficiency and maximize client experience.
- Collaborate with the Supply Chain to improve product availability.
- Enhance stock KPIs through various actions in collaboration with the store team and head office.
- Conduct daily and optimal stock counting by creating an accurate counting calendar.
- Prepare the shop floor with necessary supplies to ensure a seamless selling process and comfort for Client Advisors.
- Manage supplier contracts and supervise store maintenance.
- Oversee management of office supplies, uniform requests, and kitchen supplies.
- Adhere to Internal Audit guidelines.
- Comply with company processes and procedures.
- Integrate fully into the store team and contribute to achieving global store objectives.
- Assist Client Advisors in optimizing adaptability to public inflow and client needs.
- Demonstrate curiosity and interest in the business to identify and resolve issues, enhancing efficiency and client experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in stock management or supply chain, preferably in a retail environment.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English.
