1. Maintain stock inventory in optimal condition, ensuring efficient and logical organization of all stock rooms.
2. Manage delivery operations, preparing and replenishing stock swiftly and accurately.
3. Ensure product availability on the sales floor to enhance store efficiency and maximize client experience.
4. Improve product availability by interacting with the supply chain and managing My Product Request (MPR) to meet client needs.
5. Manage vendor contracts and monitor store maintenance.
6. Liaise with HR administration and payroll regarding time sheets and other necessary information.
7. Support store management in workforce planning, considering anticipated traffic flow, commercial elements, and staff availability.
8. Manage stationery, uniforms, kitchen supplies, and handle cash management and expense reimbursement.
9. Follow internal audit guidelines.
10. Approach after-sales services as a client relationship opportunity, providing the best client experience.
11. Handle client repair requests, manage the repair process, and ensure quality issues are addressed.
12. Adhere to company policies and procedures, integrate fully with the store team, and contribute to achieving overall store objectives.
13. Develop comprehensive brand and product knowledge, respecting Louis Vuitton brand standards in grooming and behavior.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
